Shannon Iacovone - Office and Project Manager
Shannon has been with Computer Zone for 8 years and brings with her over 16 years of experience in management and medical billing. She has experience in Urgent Care, Nursing Home, Family and Internal Medicine, Hospital, wound care, chiropractic, mental health and dermatology billing. Since coming to Computer Zone, Shannon has obtained and maintained her CPMA. She serves as a liaison with the clearing house. Her responsibilities include set-up of new clients as well as maintaining existing ones. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Billing dept. and Staff. Shannon is a go-getter with a positive attitude. She will not quit until the job is done. She thrives on client support.
Dean Dixon - Project Manager
Dean has been with Computer Zone for one year and brings many years of experience with people in the workplace and non-profit organizations. With a passion to see teamwork and productivity he strives to create new ways to approach tasks and carry out projects to bring success to the end user. His experience as the director of summer camping programs and other youth and young adult programs has given him the leadership skills to work with many teams to accomplish common goals. He has a passion for technology and finding new ways to make it work for the common good. He is an ordained minister and has been married to his wife for 32 Years has two sons, and one beautiful granddaughter. Dean is constantly striving for seeing the job done, and done right.
Denisha Robinson - Assistant Billing Manager
Denisha has been with Computer Zone for 5 years. She has an Associate's Degree in Medical Office Administration and a Diploma in Medical Billing and coding. She is also a CPMA. Denisha is responsible for supervision of the Medical Billing Department for Medisoft. She has experience with Family & Internal Medicine, Chiropractic, Mental Health, Dermatology, and Hospital Billing. Denisha loves to help clinics understand the cycle of the insurance claim so that they will continue to have a steady increase in revenue. She loves providing superior Client Support in researching coding issues for providers and practices. Denisha is a hammer on Accounts Receivable. In her spare time she loves spending time with her 2 girls and going to Zumba.
Megan Knight - Assistant Billing ManagerMegan has been with Computer Zone for 2 years and prior to that, had 4 years of Medical Billing experience. She has also worked from the ground up, inside an Urgent Care from Receptionist to Billing and Collections. Megan loves to see clinics thriving and making positive improvements and is responsible for our IMS Medical Billing Department. She has experience in OB/GYN, Dermatology, Wound Care, Family & Internal Medicine and Hospital Billing. Megan is another hammer on Accounts Receivable, and likes to see clinics progress. She loves Client Support to practices and patients. In her spare time, Megan loves spending time with her husband Ryan, and their daughter, Carlie Rae.
Amy Carlyle - Assistant Billing Manager
Amy has been with Computer Zone for 2 years. She graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Certified Medical Assistant from Richmond Community College in May 2010 with an Associate in Science degree. She has experience with Pain Management, Vascular, Family Medicine, Chiropractic, Neurology, Hospital, and Podiatry Billing. since being employed with computer zone she has obtained her CPMA. Amy is knowledgeable in both Medisoft and TMS systems. she is the "bulldog" of the Computer Zone family because of her strong work ethic and "never give up" attitude. She strives to see her clinics grow and provides superior support to our providers and billing clients. Amy is responsible for overseeing the clients currently billing out through Medisoft, and for helping to transition other clinics over to TMS. In her spare time, she love spending time with her other half, Brandon, 3 boys- Hunter, Gage and Brayden and her four-legged friends- Butterpup, pooch, and Marley.
