Mental Health Therapy & Psychiatry Durham, Carrboro and Siler City, North Carolina www.elfuturo-nc.org Starting with a volunteer effort in 2001, El Futuro has grown into a nationally recognized organization helping Latinos in North Carolina who have mental health and addiction illnesses. Its 14 staff members provide outstanding bilingual, culturally informed care to more than 500 new individuals and their families each year. El Futuro offers care through its main clinics in Siler City, Durham and Carrboro, and offers additional services through local community health centers and school systems. Computer Zone has provided El Futuro with Practice Management (billing) software, starting with Medisoft and now with SuiteMed IMS. Wayne Williamson, Practice Manager for El Futuro, credits Computer Zone with playing a big part in the success of the clinic and cites specific improvements in the areas of quality control, efficiency, profitability, management and confidence.
